I was referred to Chris and his team from a friend that had a positive experience with them selling their house with him last year. I've bought a few homes in the past, but I’ve never sold before. Needless to say, my past experiences with other realtors were hit or miss. Chris and his team changed my opinion on that, as he has been the best realtor, I have worked with in the past 20 years. As soon as we negotiated the sales terms and signed with him, he was like an attack dog on selling my home. This guy works very quickly and follows up with his clients all the time. He also had the property up and listed for showing in less than 3 days with 4 open houses on the weekend. Not only that, but he helped us choose the best qualified buying offer possible and got me way more than I thought for the property. When Chris first told me what he could get for my home I rolled my eyes as all my research showed about 10% less but i gave him a try as it doesn't hurt to try. Well, he got above what he estimated. I know this is a sellers’ market so it’s easy to sell, but listen to this guy as he has the pulse of the market and I know he will tell you honestly what the value of your home is worth whether you want to hear it or not.Chris was super helpful and honest the whole time and he made this process super simple for me the seller.
